Good Dress Up Feline. ELENABLOG

Shorts, ZARA. Tiger Print Onesie, FOREVER 21. Blazer, MOM'S CLOSET. Flats, FREE FISH @ Res Toe Run. Gold Cuff, HISSBLISS. Sunnies, CRAVE MORE.

Don't you just hate it how bipolar the weather is here in Manila? I'm running out of outfit ideas already! haha!

So last Saturday, I went on a Pump Juice Bars date with Christine at The Hub Greenfield District! It's sooo hot outside, it stings your skin! To survive the heat I opted to wear shorts and this pretty onesie I bought from Forever 21 last month! I love the Tiger Print! I layered this mocha boyfriend blazer for a more conservative look and for the rain. haha I think the rain pours everyday so better be safe than sorry. By the way, don't you just love my studded jelly flats? Yes they're jelly flats! They're my favorite pair right now! Super comfy and chic! I can wear it with almost everything! Check them out at Free Fish in Res Toe Run outlets! :)

Wait for my Pump Juice Bar blog post! Excited to tell you all about it!:)

Good Dress Up Ladylike. ELENABLOG

Cropped Top, Skater Skirt, Heels, Gold Choker FOREVER 21. Gold Cuff, HISSBLISS. Bag, GRENJ BAGS. Sunnies, CRAVE MORE.

Trends has it's way of coming back. This cute cropped top trend is back once again. My grandmother tells me she sported this look waaaaay back when she was still a young lady like me. Must be nostalgic for them to see people dress the same again as they were before. hihi

Anyway about this look, I wanted to wear something lady-like that day because I'm attending a beauty event: ZA Cosmetics. (will blog about the launch on my next post) I wanted to wear this cropped top since it's been hanging inside my closet since my birthday. Went shopping for basics on my birthday week. Glad I thought of a way to use this cropped top in a lady-like manner. I wore this black skater skirt with it. I wore it in high waist so it won't look too revealing. The use of gold accessories matched this Red and Black look perfectly! Plus my animal printed heels made it look classy and elegant. I'm so happy that I wore this that day because it's scorching hot outside. Speaking of cropped tops, I think these are very versatile pieces. You can wear it in different occasions. You can layer blazers or vests to look formal or for the cold weather and you can just wear it with shorts, skirts, or pants for a casual look. Style tip? Wear it with a high-waisted bottom for a more conservative and classy look!

Share me your take on cropped tops! Comment your blog post/photo links below!:)
