Good Dress Up Tay For A Day. ELENABLOG

Top, FOREVER 21 | Skirt, NICOLE SANTOS | Belt, FREEWAY | Bag, MOM'S CLOSET | Heart-shaped sunnies, BAZAAR

One of my favorite female artists is Taylor Swift! I mean, how could you not love her? She's pretty, she's a good songwriter, she's a good singer, she dances so well, she can play musical instruments, she has a sense of humor, she can pull off red lips all the time, her hair is just gorgeous and she has a good sense of style. Tay is known for donning red, white, black, stripes, polka dots and glittery outfits. Her style is very feminine.

I was feeling very Tay that day, I just randomly chose this outfit. I wore this last December 24 for our super last minute grocery shopping. I want something comfy and easy to wear since we're already rushing to finish our grocery list for Noche Buena. I wore this red striped top and this daisy print skirt plus my houndstooth sling bag . Yes to print on print on print! You know the rules on print on print right? Just play with the colors. You can wear print on print just make sure you'll wear prints in the same color palette. :)

Tell me, this look reminds you of Tay right? especially the heart-shaped sunnies like the one that she wore in her 22 music video! You, who is your favorite female artist?:)

Good Dress Up The Color Teal. ELENABLOG

Top and Skirt, NOUN PH | Heels, JELLYBEAN | Sunnies, CRAVE MORE | Earrings, SM ACCESSORIES | Watch, CASIO

I love the color blue in every shade especially in clothes. I have tons of blue inside my closet! But this blue is becoming a trend right now, the color Teal. I see this color everywhere and I've been purchasing lots of teal items lately. It's very pastel, it's between blue and green. It's new to the eye because only a few people wear teal-colored clothes.

I love how this skirt is a combination of teal and light yellow! The pastel colors made the pencil skirt less serious. Pair it with a simple white top and heels and you're good to go!

Got this lovely ensemble from NOUN PH! A new online store that sells chic casual clothing. Their clothes are their own design and is locally manufactured so you can have them be done in your size! They just launched their first collection so you better be shopping NOUN PH real soon!:)

So this is my first outfit post for 2014! YAY! Sorry I'v been a very irresponsible blogger lately by not updating my blog regularly. I've been busy with work and the lot but I promise to update every once in a while! :)

How are the first weeks of 2014 treating you so far? Me? I'm doing okay, I've been busy but I really enjoyed the holidays and I'm looking forward to more amazing things that will happen this year.

I haven't talked about new year's resolutions. I don't believe in this anymore. I believe if you want to resolve something, you don't have to wait for next year to do it, just do it right away. haha! But I have 3 goals this year, TO TRAVEL, TO SPEND LESS AND SAVE MORE, AND TO STAY FIT AND EAT HEALTHY.

You, what are your 3 goals this year?:)

Good Dress Up Sunday Dressing. ELENABLOG

Jagger Skirt, STYLESTUNNERMANILA. Heels, MELISSA X JEAN PAUL GAULTIER. Earrings, LANDMARK. Bag, CHLOE EDIT by ZALORA. Dress used as top, CELINE (Mom's closet). Watch, WADE. Bracelet, ENVY(Zalora)

I usually don't go out with friends and completely don't work at all on Sundays but this Sunday was an exemption. I have to go to the bazaar because it's the last day. I've decided not to watch any of the shows that day so I just wore something casual yet chic. This white skirt from StyleStunnerManila looks so sophisticated with it's unique hemline. I wanted to wear it in a casual way so I paired it with this dress that I used as a top that I found in my mom's closet! haha I just tied the end of the dress to transform it into a loose top. Easy Breezy.

It's my first time to wear this pair of neon sexy heels from Melissa! It belongs to the line of Melissa in collaboration with Jean Paul Gaultier. The comfort that this pair of heels bring is beyond words! I can even commute in it! The straps are jelly, the sole is sooo comfy, it has a cushion-y material underneath plus it's scented! This pair is my newest favorite! You should check out Melissa for more colors and styles!:)

Oh by the way, it's already Halloween! For those who are attending Halloween parties tonight or tomorrow night, do you have your costumes already? Hnnggg, I dont' have my costume yet! Better get ready for tomorrow night! I would love to see your costumes! Comment below or tweet me!:)

Good Dress Up Make A Scene. ELENABLOG

Top, FOREVER 21. Skirt, DIY. Bag, CHLOE EDIT by ZALORA. Heels, JELLYBEAN. Earrings, LANDMARK.

So this is going to be my first blog post to start off the week. The past week has been soooo exhausting but fun at the same time. It was Philippine Fashion Week and The Superb Bazaar once again. Besides those two week-long happenings, there are also events outside SMX. Oh diba, ang daming ganap! Kaya gow eto na!

This is what I wore last Saturday to the Wacoal Perfect Fit Party, Superb Bazaar and the Giordano show at Phil. Fashion Week. It was a day of events! I wanted to dress up something nice and girly because I'm attending this Wacoal party and I bet it would be an all girls event since we're talking about intimates. I paired my black cropped top with my D.I.Y. High slit maxi skirt! Yes it's a cropped top, I just wore it differently. Tip yan para di halatang umuulit ng clothes, oha?;) Yes, my thigh high slit skirt is a D.I.Y.! It's a boring maxi skirt that I found inside the closet. I wanted to give it a spin so I just cut it out and voila! I have a sexy slit! haha! Show off your stems and try it!;)

By the way, don't you just love my bag? This is my newest favorite! It's a Chloe Edit bag from Zalora! You can check it out, they have other colors! I chose this color because it can go with anything! It's spacious as well and it looks so expensive right? The shape is like the famous Celine bag. You should get one! The material is nice plus it's affordable!:)

Have you noticed my background? haha These outfit shots were taken along Ayala Ave. Yes, a lot of people were passing by as we take our photos! haha eksena! Oh well, I'm getting used to it, we do this all the time, we just don't mind the people passing even though they call you or they say hi, deadma! makakuha lang ng outfit shots!haha The walkway and the people passing by added drama to my photos pa! LOL

Good Dress Up The Girl in the Green Skirt. ELENABLOG

Top, ENSEMBLES | Skirt, TOPS AND TOTES | Heels, JELLYBEAN | Watch, WADE

Familiar with my blog post title? I know most of you have watched the movie or have read the book Confessions of a Shopaholic already. If you havent, let me give you a quick introduction. In the book/movie Rebecca Bloomwood, the lead role is a shopaholic that wanted to work for Alette, a fashion magazine but became a writer for a financial magazine, Successful Savings instead. She became popular with her first column for the magazine and she was named The Girl in the Green Scarf. Its one of my favorite fashion related movies thats why I thought incorporating it with my blog post since Im wearing green! Haha! I dont wear green that much but in the past few days, I find the color attractive and have decided to wear it more.

This is what I wore last Saturday, October 5, 2013. Event-filled day, so I have to come up with a chic look that I can survive wearing the whole day. Ill tell you more about the Estee Lauder event and GoPaktor Bloggers Hang out by Nuffnang Philippines that Ive attended on my next post.

Ive noticed that pencil skirts are having a comeback. The trend is just all over fashion blogs, magazines, online shops, and instagram accounts of many fashion savvy ladies out there. A pencil skirt is a very staple piece; you can wear it in many ways. You can wear it in casual, formal or corporate. I love my new pencil skirt with the asymmetric frill detail! The shape is just so sexy that it highlights your hips and legs.

Since pencil skirts are on trend this season, time to invest on these staple pieces. You can visit and shop at Zalora! They have pencil skirts in different prints and colors! From a simple black for a day in the office to a floral one for your weekend with friends! Plus, theyre also having their Great Shoe Sale! Make sure to check out their heels like the one Im wearing in this post! These kinds of heels look so chic in everything! And since I'm a Zalora Brand Ambassador, I can treat you guys a special discount! You can use this code to avail a discount of 15% off when you shop at Zalora! CODE: ZBAP0Gt
Visit www.zalora.com.ph for more fashionable pieces! Happy Shopping! :)
