Good Dress Up Urban Rock Chic. ELENABLOG

Leather Jacket, FOREVER21. Top, ENSEMBLES. Origami skort, STYLESTUNNERMANILA. Bag, CHLOE EDIT by ZALORA. Earrings, LANDMARK. Bracelet, ENVY c/o ZALORA. Heels, MELISSA X JEAN PAUL GAULTIER. Infinity bracelet

Last October 28, 2013 was the Mango Rock It Up event. The invite says we must dress in our Urban Rock Chic ensembles and this is what I came up with. I think Urban Rock Chic is something that you can wear everyday, but not too casual, not too formal and with a touch of rock and roll. This leather jacket that I got from Forever 21 screams "Rock and Roll!". I paired this edgy jacket with my white origami skort from StyleStunnerManila to balance the tough vibe of the upper part of this look. To break the monotony, I wore this neon Melissa X Jean Paul Gaultier heels and my Chloe Edit bag that I got from Zalora. Voila! My own version of Urban Rock Chic! What do you think?:)

Of course, wearing something white and sheer requires the perfect and the most reliable underwear. For this look, I wore my Nude Wacoal Bandeau Brassiere and my SORCI age by Wacoal Seamless Underwear!

I wore my Nude Bandeau Brassiere inside this sheer sleeveless top. Can you see it? Of course not! That's why I love it! Wearing my nude bra prevents from shameless showing of underwear and sneaky perverts from peeking into my top hahaha! I love the bandeau style of this bra because it stays in place all the time. Of course you have to pick the perfect size as well to achieve that perfect fit!

My favorite is the seamless underwear! I think the seamless underwear is one of the most brilliant inventions in the field of intimates! haha Seriously! It's perfect for your bodycon skirts, dresses and shorts! It prevents weird looking marks on your back and makes you feel more comfortable. I'm wearing my seamless underwear in this outfit! I think it's perfect because I'm wearing a white fitted pair of skort! You know how it is when your wear whites, you can't avoid showing off your undergarments but with this seamless undies, you can be worry free!:)

Thank you Wacoal for giving us women the comfort that we deserve!

Good Dress Up MANGO Rocks It Up!. ELENABLOG

MANGO Rocks It Up!
High street clothing brand unveils latest collections in new flagship store

Manila, Philippines MANGO is shaking up the Manila fashion scene with the opening of their flagship store in Mall of Asia. Housing the brands Fall/Winter 13 line, it features not only the womens collection, but also H.E. by MANGO and TOUCH. Long-time fans and followers of the brand can also expect refreshing additions in the form of their latest concepts, MANGO Kids and MANGO Sport&Intimates.

Influenced by the grunge and rock n roll runway fads, the Fall/Winter line incorporates several unique features. Stark houndstooth prints coincide beautifully with structured capes, beat-up jeans, and leather jackets and skirts. Tartan patterns juxtaposed with faded floral prints only serves to enhance the brands many surprises.

Our flagship store showcases a lot more than womens fashion, says Kelly Santos, country supervisor of MANGO. With the arrival of the much-anticipated MANGO Kids and Sport&Intimates, it emerges as the perfect fashion destination for people of all ages and lifestyles.

Joining their premium accessory and menswear lines, MANGO Kids offers fun, fashionable choices for children from 3 to 12. Showcasing everyday basics and more on-trend garments, it also incorporates miniature versions from the womens collection, aptly called the Mini Me line. Young boys and girls can check out a wealth of choices from tees and jeans to footwear and accessories.

MANGO Sport&Intimates, on the other hand, brings in premium active wear and undergarments. Catering to the sensual and fitness-savvy woman is a range of pants, shorts, tops, and sweaters that encourage flexibility and freedom of movement, whatever your fitness regimen.

Always attuned to the look of the moment, MANGO infuses effortless style into any wardrobe. With a keen eye for invention and innovation, this is one brand thats never afraid to rock it up!

The MANGO flagship store opened last October 28 at the ground floor of SM Mall of Asia.

I love the rock and roll vibe of Mango's newest collection! The mix of leather and black bold pieces plus the sequined and gold takes grunge into a whole new level!
